Unauthorized Access to a Service That Transmits Booking Information to Our Hotels
Thank you for choosing our hotels.
We have confirmed that the systems of a company providing a service that transmits booking information from accommodation booking websites to our hotels (a channel management system) were accessed without authorization. Booking information relating to reservations at hotels operated by our company is among the information potentially affected and may have been disclosed.

If You Entered Your Credit Card Information
We have confirmed that some guests have received phishing messages impersonating hotels in our group and asking them to enter their credit card information under the pretext of confirming a reservation.
We never ask guests to enter their credit card information through WhatsApp or other messaging apps, or by email.
Please do not open links in suspicious messages received through WhatsApp, email, or other channels, and do not enter your card information on the linked websites.
If you have entered your credit card information, please contact your card issuer immediately and follow its instructions, including any steps to block or replace your card. |
About Your Reservation
At present, we have found no evidence that this unauthorized access has resulted in any guest reservations being changed or canceled. We have also found no evidence of unauthorized access to systems directly managed by our company or of reservation details being altered by a third party.
Even if a suspicious message says that your reservation will be canceled unless you take action, you do not need to follow its instructions or make a payment through the message.
To check your reservation, please use the official app or website of the booking service you used, or the reservation confirmation page on our official website. Do not access these services through links in suspicious messages.
